Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding

Pretty sure I want to eat this every day for the rest of my life 🤤

Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp of pumpkin purée (strictly 100% pumpkin)
- 1/2 cup of oat milk - 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice (I used @simplyorganicfoods )

Shake everything up in a container of your choice (mason jars work best) and leave it in your fridge to set overnight!
Pro tip: add in your fav collagen powder and mix really well to make it super creamy
