Keto Bread Recipe

FINALLY one that doesn’t taste like cardboard!!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup psyllium husk powder

  • 1 1/3 cup almond meal flour

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • pinch of salt

  • 3 egg beaten egg whites

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

    Optional Toppings

  • Sesame seeds

  • Hemp seeds

  • 1 cup of boiled water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Mix your dry ingredients in one large bowl.

  3. Boil your water and add it along with the apple cider vinegar to the dry mixture, mix together until you get a sticky consistency.

  4. Fold the beaten egg whites into your mixture, until completely mixed.

  5. Mold the dough into your shape of choice and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 55-60 minutes!

  6. Allow your bread to cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
