Garlic and Onion Paleo Bagels

Something about fresh made paleo bagels and @love.legrand herb and chive spread just makes me šŸ¤¤ Iā€™m a sucker for anything garlic and herb, like you name it and Iā€™m there!ā£
ā£
I was experimenting and made a couple different kinds but my favs were definitely this Garlic/Onion Version and the Sundried Tomato ones (that Iā€™ll be posting later on)! ā£
ā£
For this recipe you will need:ā£
- 1 cup of almond flour (I find the more fine ground the better)ā£
- 1 tbsp of ground flaxā£
- 1 tbsp of @only.oats oat flourā£
- 1/2 tbsp of arrowroot powderā£
- 1 tsp of baking sodaā£
- 1/4 tsp of salt ā£
Wet ingredientsā£
- 2 large eggsā£
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegarā£
- 1/2 tbsp of maple syrupā£
For Garlic/Onion Flavour I added 2 tbsp of freshly minced onion and 1 clove of minced garlic plus 2 tsp of @mrsdashrecipes herb and garlic seasoning ā£
ā£
How to:ā£
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and mix wet and dry ingredients together in separate bowls.ā£
2. Combine wet and dry ingredients together. Batter should be thick, this is when you mix in the other ingredients for flavour (garlic/onion/seasonings). ā£
3. Using a greased donut pan, distribute the batter evenly. Then top with toppings of choice, I used @simplyorganicfoods everything seasoning! ā£
4. Bake for 20-25 mins then remove and let the bagels cool for 10 and youā€™re set! šŸ˜‹šŸ„Æ
